Welcome to my page!
This is Li ( my full name is pronounced as "Ali" and it means "family" in Mongolian). I am an Assistant Professor in Finance at Winthrop University.
My broad research agenda lies within the field of corporate finance, with a focus on climate finance, risk management, ESG, corporate governance, and financial accounting. You can find more information on my research here.
I have taught core and cutting-edge finance courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, such as Fundamentals of Fintech, Financial Data Analytics, Principle of Finance, and Investment. I taught Intro to Financial Management courses at UMass Boston and Financial Management courses at Northeastern University over the past 3 years. In addition, I have served as a teaching assistant for Financial Accounting. More details about my teaching can be found here.
In my free time I enjoy dancing to swing music, and playing the Morin khuur.
